2. Production process of titanium plate

  • Hot forging: Titanium metal has been forged at recrystallization temperatures to increase mechanical properties through mechanical stress.
  • Hot rolled titanium plate: titanium metal is rolled above the recrystallization temperature, through the compression deformation of the roller, hot rolling can change the performance, by changing the organizational properties, improve the process performance.
  • Cold rolled titanium plate: rolling process where the plastic deformation temperature is lower than the return temperature. Hot rolling and cold rolling can be based on the thickness of the titanium plate, usually hot rolling with a higher thickness, and cold rolling is generally used for small thickness, such as: 0.5mm-1.2mm titanium plate, AMS4911 ultra-thin aerospace titanium plate, all of which use cold rolling processing technology.
