2.GR6(Ti-5Al-2.5Sn) Titanium Alloy Annealing
GR6 titanium alloy through recrystallization annealing to achieve solid solution strengthening, recrystallization temperature starts at 580 ℃, recrystallization annealing temperature, titanium plate is 700-750 ℃, titanium rod and titanium forgings is 800-850 ℃, stress relief annealing temperature is 550-600 ℃.
3.GR6(Ti-5Al-2.5Sn) Titanium Alloy
GR6 titanium alloy has medium strength and good creep resistance and thermal stability. The length working temperature is 450 ℃, and the short time working at high temperature can reach 800-850 ℃.GR6 titanium alloy has excellent low temperature performance and welding performance, and the strength increases with the decrease of temperature. It still maintains good plasticity in ultra-low temperature environment (-250 ℃). Often used as ultra-low temperature and high pressure vessels.
