Solution treatment: at 900-1050 degrees Celsius, heat preservation for 15min, water quenching, to obtain single-phase austenite structure, and fine grain.
Aging treatment: After solution or cold strain aging treatment, γ’ phase is precipitated from supersaturated solid solution, so that the alloy is precipitated and strengthened; Due to the precipitation of γ ‘phase, the nickel content in the alloy matrix is reduced, resulting in the change of the magnetic properties of the alloy, which is also an important condition for obtaining good constant elastic properties.
