Inconel 600 Material

Inconel600 alloy is nickel-chrome-iron base solid solution enhanced alloy, with good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding performance, has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700℃.

Performance of Inconel 600

N06600 alloy has corrosion resistance to various corrosive media. Due to the chromium component, it has better corrosion resistance under oxidation conditions than pure nickel (alloy 200/201). At the same time, the alloy contains a large amount of nickel, so that it has good corrosion resistance in reducing conditions and alkaline solutions. In addition, it has strong resistance to stress corrosion cracking.

2.Curved neck bottles and parts in heat treatment furnace, especially in carbonization and nitriding gas

6.Production and use of caustic alkali metals, especially in sulphide environments

7.Hydrogen fluoride corrosion resistance: uranium oxidation conversion to hexafluoride

8.Resistance to chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, oxygen and carbonization corrosion: vinyl chloride monomer production

9.Erodes the thermocouple casing in the gas
