MP35N Round Bar(C0-35Ni-20Cr-10Mo)

MP35N alloy is a non-magnetic nickel-cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy with unique ultra-high tensile strength (up to 300ksi[2068MPa]), good ductility and toughness, and very good corrosion resistance. Whether at room temperature or low temperature, it can maintain ultra-high strength for a long time, and MP35N (Co-Ni-Cr-Mo) has the characteristics of resistance to vulcanization and high temperature oxidation.

MP35N Round Bar production process

Annealing process: 1038-1093, heat preservation 1-2 hours, air cooling.
Processing technology: can be cold processing and hot processing two processing methods, which can be rolling, drawing, extrusion, forging and so on.

MP35N Round alloy properties

Corrosion resistance: MP35N has vulcanization resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, salt resistance, corrosion resistance, can be used in seawater, salt solution and other media, corrosion resistance, widely used in seawater, petroleum, chemical, chemical, oil well gas and other industries.

MP35N yield strength is high, up to 2000MPa.
